Key Features:
- Evening Primrose Oil contains typically 10% Gamma Linolenic acid (GLA). GLA is a precursor of hormone-like substances called prostaglandins which are known to have important biological functions. Vitamin E is an antioxidant and is added to maintain the freshness and potency of the oil.

Contraindications:
Some experts advise that anyone with a history of epilepsy or seizures, schizophrenia or taking prescribed blood thinners (e.g. warfarin), should consult with their doctor before taking evening primrose oil supplements.
