Main uses: Eye health, infections, eyestrain, hayfever
Eyebright has anti-inflammatory properties, and is a tonic and astringent for the eyes. It may reduce the secretion of fluids and help relieve discomfort of eye infections and eyestrain.
Directions:
One to three capsules per day with a meal.
Internal use only.
Not recommended for use during pregnancy.
