Key Features:
Iron is a vital mineral carrying oxygen to cells for optimum energy production. Vitamin C increases the body's ability to absorb and use iron. 'Ferrous' salts, such as ferrous fumerate, are more efficiently absorbed than 'ferric' salts and more gentle on the digestive system. Blackstrap molasses is a thick dark residue left behind after sugar crystals have been spun off from sugar cane, and provides a natural background source of iron.

Dehydrated Blackstrap Molasses, Safflower Oil, Capsule Shell (Gelatin, Glycerine), Ferrous Fumerate, Vitamin C, Emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, Thickener: Mono and Diglycerides of fatty acids.
