Product Description
St John's Wort has antidepressant properties, and has been shown to improve mild to moderate depression.
St. John's Wort also has strong anti-viral activity.

Warning
Before taking this product - check with your doctor or pharmacist if taking any prescribed medicines, as St John's Wort may affect the way they work. St John's Wort should not be used at the same time as prescription anti-depressants, and may interact with other medicines including oral contraceptives and warfarin.
St. John's Wort may make the skin more sensitive to light.

standardised on 0.3% Hypericin

Directions
One to two tablets per day with a meal.
