Flaxseed and Linseed Oils

There is sometimes some confusion about the difference between flaxseed and linseed oils. Simply, there isn't one! "Flaxseed oil" is more usually used to describe the supplement and "linseed oil" to describe lower grades used for things such as oiling wood, but there is no real difference. A supplement described as linseed oil will not be of lower quality.
